1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as stated:

• "User" or "You" — refers to any individual who registers, logs in or uses roger44 services in any capacity.
• "roger44" — refers to the platform operator operating under international licensing.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a user on the roger44 platform.
• "Real Money" — refers to actual funds deposited by the user into their account.
• "Bonus" — refers to additional credits, free money or promotional benefits granted by roger44 to users.

2. User Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of roger44 services is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account. Users found to hold multiple accounts risk having all related accounts terminated along with balance freezing.

• roger44 reserves the right to request users to submit identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of their identity card (MyKad) or other relevant documents.
• Users residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is against local law are fully responsible for complying with the laws of their respective countries.

3. Account Responsibility and Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information including your username and password. roger44 recommends that you use a strong password and not disclose it to anyone.

Any transaction, bet or action carried out through your account will be treated as your own action even if it was performed by a third party without your knowledge. roger44 is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised party as a result of your own negligence.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the roger44 platform are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 for all supported payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request.
• Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Users must ensure that the payment account details registered are in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• roger44 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
• All deposits made are non-refundable except in circumstances specifically stated by roger44.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

roger44 offers various bonus and promotion programmes to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a welcome bonus of 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250, which must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

VIP Programme: The roger44 VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback starting from 0.3% (Bronze) up to 1.5% (Diamond). Progression to a higher tier is determined by the user's betting activity over time.

• roger44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Any abuse of the bonus system will result in account termination and freezing of related funds.

6. Prohibitions and Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the roger44 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technology to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Committing or participating in any form of fraud, identity falsification or game manipulation.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Using a roger44 account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Spreading misleading or defamatory information about roger44 on any public platform.

7. Account Termination and Suspension

roger44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraudulent activity or security threats.

Users may also request termination of their own account at any time by contacting the roger44 support team. Following termination, any valid remaining funds (not related to any bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal subject to the necessary investigations.

8. Limitation of Liability

roger44 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond roger44's control.
• Losses incurred as a result of the user's own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

roger44's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

roger44 operates under an international licence and is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is licensed. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform will first be resolved through negotiation between the user and roger44.

If a resolution through negotiation is not reached within a reasonable period, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant licensing body.

Users acknowledge that local laws regarding online gambling may vary by jurisdiction. It is solely the user's responsibility to ensure that their participation in online betting activities is lawful in their location.
